My name is Liudmila Gurkova and I"m a pastry chef based in Minsk, Belarus.
At the beginning of my journey there was a lot of defective macarons, but I did not give up and now I know everything about macarons. At the moment I am creating new fillings for macarons and to other popular desserts - mochi, mousse cakes, cheesecakes.
Already more than 1000 pastry chefs around the world cook according to my recipes and delight their customers and loved ones.
